After yesterday's heavy down pour that continued to today,the Graphic Road was cut off to traffic and so was the Times junction to Circle. The cars stopped at Times Junction, the flood waters started from the VIP station to the bridge over the Odaw River. So one had to wade through the water or get a piggy ride at the cost of GHC1.00, for me I choose the experience that comes once in a few years wade, so I took off my shoes and socks rolled my trouser to knee length and went for a walk, through the flood waters
